Prof.Dr.V.Ganesan
Prof.Dr.V.Ganesan has taught Psychology and Management at Bharathiar University for three decades and guided Doctoral fellows at various Universities in India and abroad. Developed Innovative Behaviour Technologies for managing various challenging behavioural problems. He had trained Psychologists in Brief Behaviour Technologies. He had applied for Indian Patent Rights relating to Environmental Engineering as well as for solving some complicated Psycho-Somatic Problems.
He is a renowned counseling/ clinical/ Business/Organizational/ Environmental Psychologist with over four decades of experience in Training and Consultancy at National and International levels. He has served invarious capacities in number of Professional Bodies of Psychology, Industrial Psychiatry and Management as President, Vice - President, Secretary,Executive Committee Member, etc
He was awarded the Young Scientist Award by the Indian Science Congress Association, Calcutta in 1982 at Mysore, the Visiting Associateship Award (Yoga Techniques and Behaviour Modification Techniques), and Source Material Collection Award for his research on Organizational Climate for Knowledge Workers and Creativity.He had presented research papers in over two hundred National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops, and published papers.
He had developed Climate Technologies for Diffusing Cyclones, Tornadoes, Tsunamis, Volcanic Eruptions and Generation of Rain and Snow at Mountain-Tops; Glacial Melt and Polar Melt.
Dr.Sugin Herbert
Dr R S Sugin Herbert is a native of Kanyakumari and is working as a Medical Officer in Gov- ernment district headquarters hospital, Padma- nabhapuram, Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu.
He holds a Doctorate in Psychology, M Phil psychology, MBA in Hospital Management and BNYS (Naturopathy and Yoga).
Besides Counselling and Psychotherapy he is also a well known Yoga Therapist and Naturopathy Physician at the southern end of our Country.
He worked as a Professor, HOD and Principal in different Yoga and Naturopathy Colleges.
He is also visiting faculty in Staff Training Colleges, Yoga Institutions and Nursing Colleges.
Dr.Safarulla.N V M

Dr Safarulla, doctorate in Psychology, is based in Calicut, Kerala.He is specia lized in Behavior Modification Therapy and has dealt with more than 10000 individual and group counseling sessions. He also holds BDS from Calicut Govt Medical College.
He is adjunct faculty in MLCU, Shillong and Examiner for PG and UG courses in IGNOU, New Delhi.
He is the chief faculty of Diploma in Behavior Modification Therapy, conducted by Excel ED, Cochin. Consultant to KIMS Trust Hospital, Koduvally and Prashanthi Ayurveda Hospital, Kondotty, He was also the Director, Expro Finishing School Pvt Ltd, Calicut and Consultant to Al Salama Hospital, Vengara.
He has good track of interdisciplinary research, presented papers and published in international journals.

Mrs.Sangeetha Sudheer
Counseling psychologist, special educator, and trainer. Presently working as a behavioural therapist in the Child Development Center in Tripunithura. Specially focused on child psychology and trained in behaviour modification therapy.
